Together for over 20 years, Darcy & Jer are first and foremost proud dads to their daughter Grace and their golden retriever Yuma. And second, they’re idiots on the internet. Known for their hilarious videos around their relationship, mental health, plants and more, Darcy & Jer have quickly become household names with a global audience. In 2024 Tiktok chose Darcy & Jer as their Visionary Voice saying to the Today Show “their hilarious videos about each other will crack you up and warm your heart.”
With over 7 million followers across platforms and over a billion views on their videos, Darcy Michael and Jeremy Baer have become leaders in comedy content creation. Their comedy has allowed them to build a community that celebrates conversations around mental health and relationships.
With Darcy having ADHD and the pair being members of the LGTBQ+ community, Darcy and Jer aim to create an inclusive, safe environment celebrating life with neurodivergence. Darcy and Jer’s sense of humour, joyful personalities, and unique content continues to build them an adoring fanbase.
Aiming to grow beyond their online content, in 2023 Darcy & Jer debuted their live comedy show at the Just for Laughs Vancouver Festival to a sold out crowd of 1200 fans. From the success of that show, they launched a small 6 date tour called “No Refunds” that quickly grew to over 50 cities across North America, including making their debut on Broadway in New York City. In 2024 they announced plans to expand the tour to the UK and Ireland. With over 50,000 tickets sold, Darcy and Jer have solidified themselves as a comedy show not to be missed.
In 2024 Darcy & Jer announced their “Average at Best” North American live comedy tour which is full of all new material and the same old disappointments. They also released their “No Refunds” stand up special and “Happily Ever Laughter” documentary in November 2024 on Crave. Their “No Refunds Album” stand up comedy album reached #1 in North America on the comedy charts and even cracked the top 20 for all albums, it is available to stream everywhere.
About Darcy Michael
Dominating the Comedy scene for 18 years, Darcy Michael continues to prove his voice is one like no other. Pegged by the Montreal Gazette as one of their favourites at the prestigious Just for Laughs Festival - he has gone on to appear there over 10 times.
In 2021 Darcy launched a Tiktok account that quickly amassed 3.4 Million followers and over 100 million likes. With 10 national televised festival Gala appearances, in 2018 Just for Laughs partnered with Bell Media and Darcy Michael to film their first ever 1 hour stand up special called "Darcy Michael goes to Church" available for streaming now on Crave and worldwide through a partnership with Just for Laughs, Youtube & Facebook Watch.
Starring opposite Dave Foley in CTV’s “Spun Out” for two seasons, Darcy followed that up with his latest album “Family Highs” which quickly debuted #1. An accomplished actor, Darcy Michael has appeared in tv shows & movies such as “Legends of Tomorrow”, “RapturePalooza”, “Lucifer” and “The Twilight Zone”.
A finalist in the national XM Top Comic Competition, Darcy went on to tour with Russell Peters and after an international search by NBC was chosen as a finalist for the NBC’s Stand Up for Diversity show.
At some point he started making videos on the internet and now he’s lost half his income to this other guy named Jer and that’s when Jer stopped updating this bio.
